As a seasoned nurse with over 23 years of experience, my mission is to support nurses in overcoming the challenges of emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, and a lack of boundaries. With a Master’s in Nursing and expertise in NLP, coaching, and conscious hypnosis, I help nurses regain control of their lives, both personally and professionally.
After spending years in Emergency department management and feeling the toll it took, I turned a corner, finding freedom, vitality, and purpose. Now, through personalised coaching, workshops, and transformative programs, I guide nurses on their journey to rediscover their strength, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim the joy they deserve in their careers.
